Cancellations and refunds
Original AsadoAdventure asado and Private Asado Cooking Class: full refund with 7+ days' notice; 50% refund with 3 to 6 days' notice; no refund within 72 hours, unless you contact us because of a canceled or delayed flight or cruise.

Food & Neighborhood Tour (full and half day), Craft Beer Adventure and Buenos Aires Pizza Tour: full refund with 24+ hours' notice; no refund within 24 hours.

Curated tours
The curated tours recommended on our website are operated by independent local providers, not by AsadoAdventure. This policy does not apply to them. Please check with each provider for their booking and cancellation terms.

Minimum group size
We require at least two guests to run a tour. If you are a solo traveler, contact us before booking. We can place you on a waitlist or confirm the tour at 1.5 times the regular rate. If others book that day, the difference is refunded automatically.

Transportation
Transportation and hotel pickup are not included in the tour price. Private transfers can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Children
Child pricing is available on all tours.

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance so we can plan for them.
